Caring for your bench is not difficult and only requires the right approach to preserve its beauty and functionality for many years. Here's a guide to maintaining your bench with regular care and seasonal adjustments.

Regular Dusting
To keep your bench spotless, dust the wood and metal weekly using a soft, clean cloth. For a more thorough clean, employ a slightly damp microfiber cloth. Avoid feather dusters, as they can scratch the surface.

Seasonal Adjustments
Just like us humans need protection from UV rays to slow the aging process, so does the natural surface of wood. Keep an eye out for grey spots or uneven wear from month to month and reapply the Osmo treatment where applicable.

Dont's
Avoid silicone-based polishes
Never apply varnish as this will need to be removed if the Osmo treatment is to be re-applied.
Never place hot items directly on the wood.
Don't drag objects across the surface, as this can cause scratches.
