WARRANTY TERMS


This Warranty and Returns policy applies to all Products purchased by a Customer from Blazing Sands (Pty) Ltd trading as Blazing Designs. This policy is to be read with our terms and conditions and all capitalised terms herein shall bear the same meaning as defined in our terms and conditions (save where expressly provided to the contrary). Where there is an inconsistency between this policy and the terms and conditions, the terms and conditions will apply. 


Our Products are made using premium materials, coatings, and finishes. We pride ourselves on delivering quality.


Our Products carry a limited warranty covering  material or manufacturing defects for a period of 6 months from the date of delivery.


OUR WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER

  • Natural changes in colouration or fine hairline cracks that may develop in the wood naturally over time.
  • Splitting, cracking or warping of the timber caused by lack of maintenance.
  • Damage caused by misuse or modifications made to the Product after purchase.
  • Wood is a natural product and is affected by changes in humidity, age and general wear and tear. If not properly cared for, this may result in cracking or warping of the wood.

Please take note of our care guide and action accordingly, as failure to do so may void the warranty.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGE POLICY


Our Products are made to order based on your custom selected finishes. The provisions hereof apply in addition to any conditions relating to returns in our terms and conditions.

Products sold may only be returned or exchanged within 7 days of the date of delivery, on condition that they are returned undamaged, in their original packaging and on condition that we have agreed to the return of the Products.

Products need to be returned in a condition suitable for re-sale. We are unable to accept Products for exchange if they have been used or damaged. It will be the Customer’s cost and responsibility to return the item to our factory in Maitland.

We reserve the right to refuse a return/ exchange should you fail to comply with this returns policy.

  • Item you would like to return/ exchange
  • Reason for the return/ exchange request 
  • New item request (if applicable)
